About the Role

The hands-on crew behind every install. You'll be lifting, hauling, building, and tearing down on our busiest party days. This is physically demanding work, and we're looking for dependable people who take pride in doing it well.

What You'll Do

  • Load, haul, build, and tear down full event installs — arches, backdrops, towers, rentals.
  • Drive and unload the POB van to and from venues.
  • Keep moving through the day and keep every setup clean and on point.

What We're Looking For

  • Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays — our busiest days. All three are required.
  • Saturdays start at 6:00 AM. If you like going out on Friday nights, this is not the job for you.
  • Able to repeatedly lift heavy items (50+ lbs) and stay active through long shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable driving our van — valid license and clean record.
  • Dependable and punctual — setup can't begin without you.
  • Ready for early calls, late teardowns, and all kinds of weather.
This is physically demanding work on the days most people have off. We're looking for reliable people who are ready to work hard and take pride in the result.
