You Just Show Up

Full event planning, start to finish, by one team out of our Pittsburgh studio. You approve the mock-up before you book. We handle the 6am setup and the midnight teardown, and you get to be a guest at your own party.

The twins wanted a real rodeo — so we built one. A custom "Trading Post" favor stand, cowprint‑and‑red balloon installs, western florals on every table, cactus props, cowboy‑hat favors in each twin's color, "Thanks Y'all" goodie bags — and yes, real ponies. We planned it, styled it, installed it, and ran the day.

Is the planning fee separate from decor?

Yes — the fee covers coordination & planning. Decor pieces are quoted on top, built to your vision.

How far ahead should we book?

The sooner the better for large events — we take a limited number of full-service dates each season.

Can I stay involved in the planning?

Absolutely — that's our "Your Party Partner" level. We guide, you stay hands-on as much as you like.
