48 hours is the minimum. Weekends in May, June and December fill two to three weeks out, so book early if your date is fixed. Same-day requests are worth a call — we sometimes have arches already built.
Indoors, an arch holds its shape for five to seven days. Outdoors in direct sun or below freezing, plan on the day of the event only. Every latex balloon is treated so it stays glossy through the party.
No — there is nothing to install. The arch arrives fully built on its freestanding frame. Pick it up in Pittsburgh and we load it into your car, or add local delivery and we set it down where you want it.

No. Nothing touches your walls — the arch stands on its own weighted frame, so it works in rentals, venues and outdoor pavilions with no hardware at all.
Yes, in any SUV, hatchback or minivan with the back seats folded down. We carry it out and load it for you at the shop. If you’re in a sedan, choose local delivery instead.
