We deliver and professionally install balloon décor all over the Pittsburgh area, and if you'd rather save a little, you can pick smaller pieces up from our Pittsburgh studio. Here's exactly how delivery, setup, and pickup work.
Quick Answer
- Delivery + setup: available across Greater Pittsburgh; the fee is based on distance from our Pittsburgh studio and is quoted right on your design.
- Pickup: smaller pieces (bouquets, bundles, many garlands) can be picked up at 1341 Old Freeport Rd to skip the delivery/install fee.
- We always arrive fully pre-inflated and set up on-site, so installation never eats into your venue rental time.
Where We Deliver in the Pittsburgh Area
We regularly deliver and set up in Cranberry, Wexford, Mars, Zelienople, Gibsonia, Sewickley, Fox Chapel, Robinson, Coraopolis, Bethel Park, and the North and South Hills — plus the city itself. Over the years we've installed everything from a balloon arch at a Gibsonia winery, to columns at a downtown ballroom, to a campus event at Duquesne, to corporate activations right on the street. How Delivery & Setup Works
- Everything is pre-inflated before we arrive. We build your balloon installation in our studio and transport it ready to hang, so we're not blowing up balloons on your clock.
- We coordinate timing with your venue. Tell us your access window and we'll plan setup around it — we do this with venue coordinators all the time.
- Setup is quick and clean. Install time depends on the size of the piece; we'll confirm an arrival window so you know exactly when we'll be there.
- Rentals get picked back up. If your design includes rented frames, backdrops, or marquee letters, we coordinate teardown and pickup too.
How Much Is Delivery?
Delivery and installation are quoted per event based on distance and the size of the setup — it shows up as a single line item on your quote. (As one recent example, a setup ran about $348 with delivery and installation included.) Not sure if it's worth it? We're happy to quote your design both with and without delivery so you can decide.
Prefer to Pick Up? You Can Save.
For smaller orders, picking up at our Pittsburgh studio is a great way to save the delivery/install fee. Many of our garlands and bundles are transportable in the back of an SUV. You'll pay a deposit to book and the balance at pickup — and yes, you're welcome to come pick your balloon colors in person.
