We deliver and professionally install balloon décor all over the Pittsburgh area, and if you'd rather save a little, you can pick smaller pieces up from our Blawnox studio. Over the years we've installed everything from a balloon arch at a Gibsonia winery, to columns at a downtown ballroom, to a campus event at Duquesne, to corporate activations right on the street. How Delivery & Setup Works
- Everything is pre-inflated before we arrive. We build your balloon installation in our studio and transport it ready to hang, so we're not blowing up balloons on your clock.
- We coordinate timing with your venue. Tell us your access window and we'll plan setup around it — we do this with venue coordinators all the time.
- Setup is quick and clean. Install time depends on the size of the piece; we'll confirm an arrival window so you know exactly when we'll be there.
- Rentals get picked back up. If your design includes rented frames, backdrops, or marquee letters, we coordinate teardown and pickup too.
How Much Is Delivery?
Delivery and installation are quoted per event based on distance and the size of the setup — it shows up as a single line item on your quote. (As one recent example, a setup ran about $348 with delivery and installation included.) Not sure if it's worth it? We're happy to quote your design both with and without delivery so you can decide.
Prefer to Pick Up? You Can Save.
For smaller orders, picking up at our Blawnox studio is a great way to save the delivery/install fee. Many of our garlands and bundles are transportable in the back of an SUV. You'll pay a deposit to book and the balance at pickup — and yes, you're welcome to come pick your balloon colors in person.
